Hi,

I am so excited just got an email that EAD card production ordered and also AP approved...Wow!! but the I 485 is still saying on hold eventhough we responded to the RFE on 12/30....I am not sure but I guess my EAD card got approved they should have gotten our RFE...

Thanks. Now awaiting the interview letter and greencard.

yey, so your case is moving. Be patient, things will be fine with the I-485 as well! :thumbs:

Congrats Student24... Relief huh?

I wouldn't worry about the I-485 mine has been in initial review and hasn't changed since biometrics in early december. I'm sure your interview letter will be on its way soon.

Thanks you all!!! Let's hope we get the interview letter soon...I am not going to worry about the online status anymore....I had no touches nothing on all 3 forms since 12/14 and all of the sudden got email yesterday evening that EAD card production ordered. AP notice mailed. THe USCIS website didn't even acknowledge receipt of my RFE response. My I 485 is still showing pending. Last touch on 12/14 after my fingerprints....Thank you all for your support...now waiting for the EAD card to arrive in mail and also interview letter.
