Hello everyone!

pls give me info about this.my hubby said something about my immunization.as what ive heard that is a package to my medical and thats why we will pay $213 to st lukes medical.however my packet is not yet deliver almost 2months now.i dont know what to do for this.my partner research he's own and we didnt get exact info.i say to him to call the NVC about this.but the woman she was talking on the phone said i need to wait for my packet.

PLS READ THIS ONE IF MY PARTNER IS CORRECT ABOUT ME HAVING SHOT BEFORE ON MY MEDICAL EXAM

(I finally got through and talked with someone from NVC. They said that the petition did make it to Manila and that you are approved to have an interview. However, they are the ones that will make the appointment. We really do not have a say in the matter. She also said to wait until you get the packet in the mail before doing your medical. You can get your shots taken care of at any time before you medical appointment. I can call back and check daily to see if the packet has been sent.)

THANKS ALOT AND MORE POWER :innocent:

Medical at St. Luke's is walk in, Marie. You don't have to set an appointment. Just go there with the following:

Medical exam fee $ 213.35

Passport

Four pieces of 2x2 photos

NVC letter & NOA2 copies

If you have already scheduled your interview, take the appointment letter with you during the medical exam.

Once your case reaches the Embassy, you may now take the medical exam and schedule your interview.

You have wasted so much time by waiting for something that will never come because St. Luke's doesn't send letters for the medical exam. After the NVC letter, the only things you will receive from the government are the Embassy's letter stating your eligibility to schedule an interview and your visa, of course.

Here are the requirements during the interview:

http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfk1en.pdf

Don't wait for the Embassy to send you the letter of eligibility to schedule an interview. Call them now and choose your interview date:

+63-2-301-2000 ext. 5184-5185

1-909-101-7878

Your fiance may also dial 1-888-877-9888.

That 1-888... number requires a pin for $ 18 but can be used as many times as he likes until its expiration date.

Medical exam fee: $213.35

Make sure you have the MNL case number when you call the Embassy.

Again, take the medical exam now and read this:

And oh... the vaccination is done after the series of medical tests at St. Luke's. That's the last part of it.

moved from Removal of Conditions forum as it appears this is a CR-1 application (or a K-3 - uncertain from the posted info)

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
