so my son's (father)if that what he called) is NOT listed on birth certificate and in fact has never seen my son

has never paid child support

in fact not sure if he is still lives in canada i have never seen him in 15 years.

You will need something to prove this. They will not just take your word for it.

You may want to read back on this thread starting here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t&p=3649733 - where soonenough posted. He/she researched the laws in place and got the documents they needed to prove it was completely legal for them to move with the child.

You will probably need to do the same.
