i pay 400 $ visa fee bill to NVC , then i send form DS 230 with all another requested document,.

Now we waiting for NVC to give us date of interview.

But , i have one question, did we have to pay any more many (to embassy) before we go to interview?

Cause ,i read on embassy web page , that there is fee for visa, so is that what i already pay to NVC , or is there something else to be pay?

Just the one fee. You don't need to pay again at the embassy. The embassy collects the fee for DCF (I believe, but someone will correct me, I'm sure, if I am wrong).

Hi arrnell,

My IR1 interview is on Friday and in my understanding there will be no additional visa fees, since the 400usd was the immigrant visa fee.

The visa fees you found on the embassy web page probably refer to tourist visas - 131usd or soon to be increeased (I'm not up to date on this one) .

No fee's are paid for the Immigrant visa interviews. They are all paid at the NVC. If you were going for a K visa you would have the $131 fee. I'm not sure if you have to pay for express mail charges while you're there if they plan on mailing the visa.
