The Cr1 Visa is the only visa that allows one to use sponsors to sponsor your wife if you dont have a job period or you simply dont make enough, correct? Could somebody just give me a link were it states this, this visa saved me because Im only 20 and I dont have a job.

There is no such thing as "best", may it be a K, a B, a C or Alpha Romeo.... A visa is a visa and visa alone is the only thing everybody works out for whichever route you take.

"The US fiance is ALWAYS the primary sponsor, but may have a co-sponsor. If there is a co-sponsor, both the

US fiance and the co-sponsor will EACH have to fill out the affidavit I-134 or I-864 and EACH will have to provide

supporting documentation."

I dont have a job so my co sponsor will be covering everything, theres no reason why that should be a problem, they should clarify under that section that sponsors only work for the Cr1 visa

You know what, I think I just remembered that specifically the Philippines will not allow sponsors for anything but the Cr1 visa I think, its not like that for other countries

The difference is that the USEM has more lattitude in a K-1 Visa. While the Manila Embassy doesn't seem to like Co-sponsors {gleened from reading the PH Forum} there are circumstances where they are more acceptable.

With the CR/IR-1/2 Visa it is the NVC that collects the AOS Packet and as long as you meet the guidlines that are in the law then you are good to go. The Embassy can't deny you on financial sponsership if the NVC as approved your AOS Packet.

As already stated there is no "Best" Visa, simply the route that works or best fits your situation.

There is no "best" visa. Thatz why USCIS offers a variety of them. We are glad it is "best" for you. Many men don't want to marry in a foreign land and be "locked in" after meeting the girl for just 3 weeks.

Whatever works best for each couple is the "best" visa for them.

Many couples on VJ are already divorcing who get married on short notice and knowing each other for short time and got married and used CR1.

Its really a useless argument to say one visa is best, just because it costs less initially. Sometimes, the lowest price is not really a bargain in life....
