How many paystubs and unemployment questions?

Hello

I am sending out my hubby AOS packet next week and I just have a couple of questions. Here is my situation. We have 3 children, my income is not enough by itself so any way I do have my moms income of $65,000.

I get unemployment benefits as well as have a PT job. The job income is weird in that during the summer months I get $175 weekly and during the winter months I get $300 weekly. How many months of these paystubs should i submit or should I just send letter or both? My unemployment is $255 per week, should I send in this as well or will this just further complicate matters and get them asking a whole bunch of questions about why I am unemployed...seeing I do have my moms income on here.

You would best be served by providing tax transcripts for the most recent tax year(s).

However, since you have a co-sponsor, the burden of income is on your co-sponsor, not you.

6 paystubs would be sufficient I would think.

I am concerned - by what you wrote: seeing I do have my moms income on here.

You mom will have to file her own seperate 864 - is she doing that?

Thanks for your response, i should have been more clear. My mom has filled out a seperate 1 864. I do have my last 3 years of tax returns that I was included. I thought I might need some evidence of current income in addition.

Yeah - your good -

Extra evidence is to show your "current" income, if needed, however, with your co-sponsor, you probably will not need to show that.
