Hi guys, received my NOA2 notification today. After 4 months long lol. Thank you Jesus!

I know im heading over to the NVC stage, but to be honest its been 2-3 months since I visited the site and I forgot the process that takes place.

1. Am I suppose to wait for a case # of some sort? Or should I call NVC to obtain this now?

2. About the DS3032 form, do i have to wait for the actual hardcopy or can I e-mail all that information to NVC?

3. When do I pay the AOS Bill?

4.When do I pay the IV Bill?

Please help guys,, because Im completely lost this morning and Im still in shock that its been approved today.

I have a link from this site on "how to petition your spouse" but I think that's a bit outdated.

Any help is highly appreciated! :thumbs:

01/26-Case Assigned via AVR

02-04-Received AOS Bill & DS3032 form online

02/04-DS3032 sent via e-mail

02/08-AOS Bill shown as paid

02/12-IV Bill invoiced

02/19/-AOS packet sent

02/22-Packet received signed by "N Visa Ctr"

02/22-IV Bill paid

03/01-Still waiting for spouse to complete her IV packet

03/06-Email received (False RFE)

03/11- DS230 Packet sent to NVC

03/14- NVC received DS230 signed N VISA CTR

03/18- Operator said AOS is OK, just waiting for DS230 packet for review

03/19- AVR updates message to "Checklist Letter Response received"

03/26- Log in Fail!!!

NVC case complete per AVR 03/29/10

Interview assigned 05/14/10 8:30 am (Thank you Jesus!)

Further questions:

Do I need to send the original W2 forms or will a photocopy suffice?

So we have to send a hardcopy of the DS 3032 and DS230 form? I thought we can just email all this information to NVC?
