Basic requirements ask for the biographical page of non US citizen's passport where they could find your picture, name, date of birth, place of birth, country that issued the passport etc.

page of admission (entry) or parole stamp= It's not clearly stated as how it was listed with the requirements but I guess this asks for the stamp you receive when you entered the US. It is usually found next to your visa. From here you can find the expiration date of the fiance's 90 day period of legal stay as K1 visa holder. All I can say is check every page of your passport and this might help you figure them out. You may find the I-94 form too that was supposed to be given at the port of entry to the USA.

if it's passport page of admission, then it would be the page showing your date of entry into the US...check your passport
