Cr-1 will be issued if you have been married less than 2 years.

Ir-1 will be issued if you have been married more than 2 years

K-3 will be issued if you filed and I-129F and interview for the K-3 visa

Sounds like you're on the CR-1/Ir-1 route

Good luck

The Immigration Officer, when your wife enters the US, will stamp her passport. Remind the agents at the consulate that it should be IR1 visa issued in your wife's passport

Good luck .

Good luck .

But did she should have some kind of stamps in passport before we come to US border, in our case we will take flight from Croatia to one of big airport in Europe, maybe Frankfurt or Amsterdam, and she need to have stamps in her passport so officer at airport in one of those cities in Europe let her go on the plane?

Upon successful completion of the interview, your wife will be issued a visa in her passport. Once she meets with the immigration officer at the port of entry when arriving in the US, then she will be given the stamp in her pasport essentially activating her visa and acting as her temp. green card until the actual one arrives in the mail.

make sense? Let me know what particular problems you're having with this
