Ok, wedding is over and I am going home tomorrow now we are filling out the I-130 before I go home so I can drop in the mail soon after I get home. We have a nagging question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have debate about how to put all the papers together. Should we put clip on papers or just put in the envelope loose... all the pics and forms etc. (pics are in small ziplock bag.)

Please help we are having our first marital discord heheheheh, just kidding.

Seriously, they are not that picky. But I paper clipped all my forms together, photos in a ziplock.

USCIS is not that picky. You can just arrange them and use a midsize James Clip to attach alltogether. A cover letter would be helpful too where you can mention what documents you are sending. I also used small sticky note in front of every document, like 'marriage certificate,' 'G-325A of the petitioner,' 'G-325A of the beneficiary,' etc. You can use small ziplock bag for pics. Just make sure you don't leave any space blank and you are sending all documents that you are required to send.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
