If you file the AOS before April 15th, your last 'tax year income' will be 2009 2008, if it is after April 15th they expect you to have your 2009 U.S. taxes filed, just something to keep in mind for your Husband and your cosponsor. Regardless of when you submit this to NVC, they will want the 2010 returns at the interview for both.

Alright, my husband and I are going for the CR-1! We have almost everything now for the I-130, all we're waiting on is a few more items for proof of a bonafide marriage, so it should be out within a few days! Thanks for your help everyone, I'll keep you all posted on how it goes.

Also, to Bernie C, we're moving to Pittsburgh :)
