Im planning on doing the k3/ cr1, but im stuck here..i have the 10 copies of the marriage certificate. now i need to translate it right? where do i do that? if his birth certificate is really old do i need him to make a new one?

whats my next step?

You could have had the same office translate it for you for a little more, but Kevin is right, anyone can basically translate it as long as you put that statement in there.

As for the birthcertificate, you can probably go down to the local authorities (assuming he was born there) and ask for another certified copy.
