(embra) missing again

So uscis sent me an e mail saying the have my embra form delivered back to them. I called they said they would mail it again. That was on July 18, and now for the second time i have not recieved it :( i am concerned if they recieve it again, i'm wondering if they will cancel my petition. The problem is within my post office. I just dont understand! And uscis has my address, because i recived my (noa 1) really strange. I have now lost a month. What to do? :help::help:

June 12 06 Submitted I-129F to Vermont

June 24 06 Recieved NOA1

June 30 06 Touched RFE sent

July 03 06 Touched July 18 06 Touched July 29 06 Touched Aug 14 06 recieved IMBRA

Aug 14 06 mailed IMBRA back Aug 17 06 recieved e mail they recieved IMBRA on the 17th touched on the 24th and 29th Sept 18.06 recieved e mail of NOA 2 Recieved NOA 2 in mail on Sept 22,06 Recieved my case #. Petition is in manilla now

Go to your post office and make sure your name is added to your postbox. Also make sure your name is inside the postbox as well when it is opened.

I-751 - Removal of conditions

10-20-2008 - Sent package via usps - overnite mail

10-22-2008 - Package received and signed.

10-28-2008 - Cheque cashed

12-02-2008 - Biometrics in Boston

10-03-2009 - Transferred to CSV

10-04-2009 - 10 year GC on the way

I HAVE CALLED THEM AND THEY SAY THEY DON'T KNOW. WHAT HAS HAPPENED IS I MOVED ON THE FIRST OF JUNE,BUT I CHANGED MY ADDRESS SO WHO KNOWS

Maybe you could call USCIS again and make sure they have your new address in the system...
