The way this politically correct nation has become, rather than sex change, NO sex is the only solution. Commented to my wife, no such word as an actress exist anymore, all are actors now. Next will be man and woman, get rid of that woman thing, very sexist, all will be man.

Started with this job thing, and yes a 300 pound muscular woman and haul more than a 90 pound man computer nerd. But does have somewhat of a bias toward which sex and carry a baby. But that has to change as well, simply put, no sex at all.

If your friend is already interested - then that person needs to find the proper forums. Relying on your advice (I assume you are a heterosexual male) just won't cut it, for your friend.

There's LOTS OF FORUMS in cyberspace about 'everything related' to a sex change.

The more successful ones in the PI (making more moolah ) go to Thailand for the surgery.

If yer friend is in the USA, and needs the wetwork surgery done, send yer friend to Canada for a month ;)

I worked here in New Orleans with a transgendered male to female- she is gorgeous! I told her once how jealous I was of her for being so beautiful. She just said "Baby, you may be the real thing but I am a sure thing"
