Hi,

I just sent my I-129F to the CSC and I added signature confirmation because I wanted to make ABSOLUTE sure that it would be received. It was attempted to be delievered Jan 18, 2010 (Federal Holiday!!). Obviously it wasn't delivered and note was left about attempted delivery.

Has anyone had signature confirmation and seen delays? I'm trying to figure out how long I should expect before anyone picks up my I-129F packet.

Thanks

More than likely your package was delivered already (today probably) and you're just not seeing it via the online tracking system. You very likely won't get an accurate confirmation because there simply isn't someone who is going to sign for each and every package (they get tons I'm sure). USPS will simply record some sort of automated (often misleading) message because of this.

I wouldn't sweat it - if it had the correct address and postage, it's probably there. Good luck on your journey...
