Are we clear of the RFE yet?

Hi, we just got a letter from USCIS stating that they are forwarding our AOS case to the Cali Serv Center for faster service. We have already gotten the biometrics interview letter, so since they are forwarding our case to Cali does that mean we're safe from the dreaded RFE monster?

Thanks.

Forwarding your case to the CSC doesn't mean you will or won't get an RFE. For example if you look at my signature you can see we got an RFE soon after being transferred there.

But - if you have no RFE's - then that means you will probably not have an interview...

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
