Need any Help r advice on what her options are. Will not say all that happened here but she was told to do things she did not wont to do but did them because she was affraied not to because he was bring up the money he payed to get her here then if she did not do them he wonted his money back.This is not all that was done to her. Is there any group to contact so he can not do this to any other woman.

Police would be the first place she should go to.

They could refer her to shelters and immigration help as needed.

Check this link for information regarding VAWA - which is made for this exact situation. (that is - if she was married to an LPR/USC)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
