I filed 3 petitions.

1: I-130 for the wife. (CR-1)

2: I-129f for the wife. (K-3 / K4)

And later filed an I-130 for my step daughter.

My wife's K-3 / K-4 was approved a few days ago in the country we married. She will now go to the country she resides 01-24-2010 for the CR-1 interview. So here is my concern if she is awarded the CR-1 visa that will invalidate her K-3. Will this also invalidate the K-4 for her daughter to travel here?

If the daughter has actually used the K4 visa, then certainly not. If she hasn't, then perhaps. Check directly with the Consulate's IV unit before proceeding. You can always postpone the CR1 interview.
