My fiance is trying to obtain a PCC from Saudi Arabia. He is a Saudi Resident. Can you please help me if anyone has gotten one before in how we can go about doing that. He does not have a request letter from the US Embassy in Riyadh since that is where our case is being handled. How does he get that letter? The embassy is very unresponsive and we are not getting any kind of help. Please help me on any advice or any steps I can take. If anyone has gone through this then I would really appreciate any help.

The instructions for getting the letter are here:

http://riyadh.usembassy.gov/immigrant-visas/police.html

Depending on where he lives in SA, he can request the letter at the US embassy in Riyadh, or the consulates in Dhahran or Jeddah.

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
