I don't think you did wrong by including the medical is expired too. I think that is just you spearheading any more delays that may come up. I kind of did that too at my husband's interview. Right off the bat they asked about my "official" divorce decree from my ex-husband so when I pulled it out of my file, I said to them "oh, here is my 2009 tax return too, I wasn't sure if you wanted them or not." Both the woman who asked for it and I knew that they would want it. I just brought it to her "attention".

I just wanted to make sure that they want me to redo the medical exam cause its already expired .And i guess yeah i did good .Cause sooner or later they will find out that i need to redo it before i move to USA .So they were going to delay me again !

The point is what about if i did not ask them for that ? I mean c'mon they should ask me for that .

Update :-

OK guys i just got an Email from the embassy .They asked me to provide them a new police record .I tried to call them several times to make sure but they did not answer the phone .I sent them an Email back and i asked them if they want me to send a new medical exam with the police record '' I told them its already expired '' .They sent me an Email back and they said '' Please provide us with the police certificate along with the medical examination '' if its already expired ''

So it sound like good news for me .At least i know that they are working on it and its not collecting dust on someone's desk .

But i really don't know if i did wrong by asking them about the medical exam .As a matter of fact i don't want to wait a few weeks till they call me or till they send me an Email when they will find out that i have to redo it .And i really don't want to redo it in USA cause its going to cost a lot of money .

that's veryyyyyyy good man , exactly as i told you they will ask for police certificate and you were right to ask about the medical exam as i am sure they will need a new one . now i can guarantee you will have your visa during mai ....they will issue your visa within a week of you sending them the police and medical , then one week after that you will have your visa by DHL i guess you should check for flights now

HOT GUY brother i was just reading the instruction on the page embassy sent me with visa in it they says that u need to have the envelope in the hand bag with u check ur visa if theres some error this and that but i read another line on this page it says that if u are traveling on k3 or k1 visa then its better that u travel before your medical expires. and they did not write anything about cr1 visa on this line.

so ur visa is also k1 and u need to have ur new medical done for sure.

I am praying for u HOT GUY that u receive ur visa before 15 may. the last 2 days have had been bad for me as i knew that visa issued but the wait was not going to finish it was getting longer than last 8 months..

When was your first interview ?!

If they asked you for a second interview .Try to be prepared as much as you can bro .And try to study every single question they might ask you .

i want to ask u if there are a threads on this website about those people who just received the visa and getting ready for the plane tickets?

http://www.vayama.com is also a good one... I found a few flights from Cairo to my city for around 700$! Most of the time I get my tickets through them, it usually comes out the cheapest for some reason..
