Hot Guy brother many many congratulations to u and i hope this email is true and hope u will receive ur visa this month since it has been more than one year ur in AP i think they will want ur fresh medical and today is Monday call them again and ask them if the email is truthfully.

Only a person who have been in same situation can understand the problems and sorrows others are feeling in same situation and i have been in AP more than 7 months now and i understand how u feel about that ur a brave person that u had to go on with this long AP with fears in ur heart thinking what they gonna do why they not issueng visa why other people receiving visas before u even through their interview was after u , this is all i think and i am sure u also been thinking the same brother. due to all these tensions i had a heart attack last month and today i was gone to my doctor he said the tablets i am taking these days i have to take these tablets all my life and i am only 28 years.

I so much hope that u receive ur visa this month and i hope they dont ask u to send them fresh medical and once u will have visa u will forget about this AP

OMG wellmux, I'm so sorry to hear about your heart attack and having to take tablets for the rest of your life. Please take care of yourself, you also have your wife and your future family to live for. Eat right, exercise regularly and learn some relaxation techniques. I know prayers are very helful for relieving stress and letting Allah take care of your problems. Your right about no one understanding exactly how you feel, unless they've been through it themself...but you have to take care of yourself.

Update :

Well i have some news but I'm not sure if its good news or not .

I called the embassy on Thursday April 8,2010 and it was about 30 minutes phone call .The woman there was very nice and friendly to me .I told her everything about my journey .And how hard it is to wait and wait for all that long time ....... That woman knows me so well cause she used to answer my calls .She promised me that she will talk to the CO in charge of my case to tell her about how hard it is for us ...........

Yesterday I sent 2 Emails one to the embassy .And one to the Consul General .

And i told him about everything since i had my interview back in March of 2009 .

I got an Email from the Consul General and i really don't know if i should be excited .I don't know if i have to believe them this time .I mean i have a bad experience with them before '' when they asked me to send in my passport so they can issue me the visa back in Aug of 2009 and sadly they did not and it was a false hope '' .

Here is the Email that i got from the Consul General

Thank you for your e-mail message.

Please note that the administrative processing on your visa application has now been completed. A consular office is currently reviewing your case for issuance. We anticipate that you will receive your visa shortly via DHL.

hey bro muhammed thats actually very good news

and i believe that it is true that they will issue ur visa soon and if i were u id go ahead and get that exam cos its 1 week wait so that will add extra waiting maybe u will need it maybe not

but anyway bro they wont lie to u thats for sure they might be slow but from what i experienced with them they dont lie

and im doing good el hamdullah its bit hard to find work here since they keep askin for american jobs history

so i dont know the job finding thing is gettin on my nerves plus my options is good but strict to things that dont have to do with alcohol pork etc

so untill i get american work certificates then it will be good i think

because im trying to not do ay 7aga 7aram if u know what i mean bro

and muhammed bro if u care about religion living in usa is gonna be a challenge

Oh HG I am soooooo excited for you! I think you are wise to keep your emotions in check but after all of the emails you have sent and received from the embassy, this one has completely different language from any of the others I have read that you have posted. It may still take a little time if you have to redo some of the paperwork but the fact that they quoted a date where your AP was complete, and it was just last week, is a really good sign.

Best of luck to you and it sounds like the long part of the wait is nearing an end. WOW! I'm so happy for you and Trina!

Wow...let me first say Congratulations! It sounds like things are finally going your way. I really can't imagine the hardship you and your wife had to go through. From you timeline your case started back in August 2008 and you've been in AP for a good year! From you email, I think you should wait for your DHL...and relax a bit. I can't imagine how or why they would postpone you for so long...but the worst is over with. You both showed them how much you love each other! Take care...and keep us updated on your good news to come, were all rooting for you!!

What if you are pro-active and just get the medical updated? Are you able to do that? Or do you need to wait to hear from the embassy itself? I know that the initial medical exam you had to show a copy of the interview letter, but what if it's because of expiration? Perhaps they won't make you redo your medical in Egypt. Once you do an AOS in the US don't you still have a medical exam from the civil surgeon in your area of the US? Hmmm, perhaps I am just rambling here..... Hope you hear something soon!!!

Well if the medical exam is expired yeah you will have to redo it before you file for AOS .But if its not expired it you will not have to redo it in USA .You will be able to use the one they you do it in Egypt still .
