My wife's paper work for the I-130 has recently been approved and moved to the NVC and assigned a new case number and hopefully everything turns out to be easy from there.

Well it was not that good as you expected .It could be so much better if i was with my queen So thanks to the USA embassy !

I'm trying to think about it that way bro .The guy told me 1-3 months and it has been almost a month so we have just 2 months to go .Who knows me before that i will hear good news and i will get the damn visa LOL .

I will keep posting what the embassy will say to me .

I know bro that you wont be like those people .It would be awesome if you add that point to your previous comment .

That process show the real faces of many people on that site .As you just said i helped so many people here on that site with their visas and once they got their visas they gone !! But not all of them that's for sure I'm still in touch with so many good friends and they are already in USA now .

Sometimes it makes me don't want to help anyone .but that's not me i will help everyone who wants and needs my help .Cause there are so many good people still in this world and there are so many good people deserve that help .

BTW did you send the CO-Sponsor yet to the embassy ?

I hope that everything will work out good for us and we will close that thread soon .

Once i get the visa i will kiss you goodbye .I'm just kidden maybe that process is hard but the hardest thing is to find good people or a real friend .So don't worry bro you will see me around forever LOL .

Thx guys for the welcome and i feel much better today .Sometimes just need to vent and get it all out so i can go on for another who knows how long.I congratulate all of you who have made it through your journey but dont forget those who have stood by your side throughout your ordeal.I too have helped so many friends on myspaceand other places and they have made it to the states while i am still sitting here waiting for mine. they have gone on and its a miracle when i hear from one of them. makes me feel sad and at times jealous but i just have to hike up my boots and kick myself in the a$$ for feeling sorry for myself. I know those that didnt suffer as we have will never have the relationshop with thier loved ones as we do and somehow that makes me feel much better. I will be one of those in the 400's so watch out!!!!!! Thx again for your kind words and moh im rootin for ya my friend!!!

I think you will find on VJ that many do stay after the visa. They may 'take a break' but often come back.

Everyone either needs to lift conditions or go thru AOS and what a better place than here for help and support.

Khadijah was talking about that kinda people who will talk to you every single day .to ask you questions about that process .How to do this and that ?....and once they got their visas they gone .i really had bad experience with that .so many people on here was using me to get some answers for their questions and once they got their visas never heard from them anymore !

I'm not talking about all the people on here .there are so many good people that's for sure and as i said I'm still in touch with many of them even after they got their visas and even after they moved to USA or after their spouses moved to USA.

Khadija, Welcome to the club! I really felt your pain through your words...feel free to vent any time! We're here to share, care, and help one another through the long process that doesn't only stop at the visa stage.. If you ever need to talk, drop me a PM!

Disconnection, I hope you hear good news very soon!! I don't think it's a good idea to close the club/the thread after all the early club members get their visas... As you said this club has been a good omen, a thread of support, and pages of useful; information for many, and it should continue to be like that for others to come...

Also, don't be discouraged by the fact that some people don't post as often when they get their visas, you don't know the exact reasons that prevent them from posting and being around... It should be about doing a good deed (helping others), more than it should be about anything else... I know the waiting is hard and the process is frustrating and continuous support means much, but be sure that many appreciate the support you and many of this thread had given to others... Again thanks for starting this thread! And let's see if you'll still stick around after you get your visa!

Hello everyone. Aya I really like what you wrote in defense of the people that have received their visas and might not get on as often afterwards. It was kind of hurtful to see a few of you posting saying that people disappear because it made me feel gulty, but honestly it has been a very busy time since he got here, but I definitely have not forgotten anyone. I know that I have not been on in a few days, but I am definitely not going anywhere. My husband made it here on Thursday, Feb 11th safe and sound alhamdullah. His POE was Memphis, TN and it was super fast and smooth and not many questions were asked. Now the next step will be the adjustment of status and I already have so many questions about it that I will definitely be asking on the next few months.

Any updates for anyone waiting??
