Neh. But he's picked his day, March 17th. So now it's just a matter of him buying the ticket and he's taking this week to get that organized. Hopefully it will be any day now.

yeah i don't think there are others came to the club so the 3 of us are the remaining and since i am sure no more visas during the rest of 300's so let's hope during the 400's 3 visas will be issued and we will close this club and open the new one which called ( cairo's greencard holders ) as i know they green card is being delivered within 2 weeks of arrival to the US .

Well you can add myself and my fiance Hosam to your "AP" "Final Review" thread here but i sometimes feel like its more "lets do what most government offices do and sit here on our a$$ till i feel like picking up the stack of cases thats been sitting on my desk for 6 friggin months cuz its getting a lil crowded and i have no place to sit my coffee mug anymore" type of deal!! Sorry but it will be a year in 2 weeks more or less since we filed and our papers were impeccable and sent way more than was asked of us. Not only that but i have seen people getting K-1's that have seriously only known each other less than a year when they filed and have received their visa's in about 6-8 months. Hosam and i have been together since 2003 and i was last there in august 2007 with plans to be married then but lo and behold our embassy was in a legal argument with the ministry of foreign affairs in Egypt and were not allowing Americans to be married at that time. I apologize for the venting and airing my dirty laundry to you all but im so tired of the bull$hit.Supposedly im an American citizen and my government works for me and i have rights.....lmaorotff!!!!!!!!!what rights? I have the right to receive a generic email everytime i send an email begging and pleading with the Embassy to let us begin our lives. I have the right to get the same freakin answer from the DOS every week when i call telling me nothing has been done on our case since September 2009. I have the right to cry every friggin day of my life becuz i am 11,000 miles away from my love that i could produce enough snot to make myself rich if there was any use for it in the world.Im rooting for everyone here and Inshallah we will all get good news soon cuz we all deserve it. Thx to all of you for listening to my rant and rave i think i feel better now!!! Hot Guy you know im rootin for you buddy and wee beencorresponding and praying for each other for quite awhile now.My Allah swt bless eachh and everyone of you and may he brings us together with our loved ones.

As you know my friend it has been 17 months since we filed for the visa '' almost 11 months since my interview '' and still no visa .

I know my friend this journey is not fair at all i mean at all .I have seen so many people getting their visas that have seriously known each others less than a year and they met maybe just one time in real life !!

I know that you guys know each others since 2003 '' Wow 7 years that's really awesome '' .I met my queen in 2006 '' So it has been 4 years and we are still apart ''

We kinda have the same issue my friend .You did not see Hossam since 2007 and i did not see my queen since 2007 either . and as i told you before they don't like that at the embassy and probably that's why they delay us .They want us to meet our loves every month LOL !!

There is a nice girl here '' Flower '' her name is Olivia .she met her husband in 2004 and they just got their visa this month .I just want to say that there is a light in the end of the tunnel .

Inshaallah we all will hear good news soon .and we all will be with our loves soon .

Update :

I really don't know if i want to post that or not cause in fact there is nothing new .

Anyway i called the embassy yesterday .and it was the same guy .he asked me for my case number and my name .and then he told me the case is still pending under AP .

I was like well it has been .... he was like Well Mr Mohamed i know you and i know your case so well and i even know what you are going to ask me ! so i really don't have many things to tell you . '' He used to answer me .Oh God it has been 11 months so it did not surprise me that he knows me LOL '' .your case was under AP till July 30 and then we asked you to send us your passport to issue the visa .and then the CO was reviewing your case .and the CO required a new AP .and the new AP stared in Jan 13 as i told you before in DC.and its going to take 1-3 months ............

So i guess guys nothing new at that point and it seems like a name check for me in DC .

So there is nothing more we can do but waiting for that sh*t result from DC .

welcome to the club , sister and believe me this club is a good omen for its members as we celebrated 5 visas during the last few days

you are most welcome to add your comments and to share your feelings and daily stuff as after almost one year for anyone who reached the final review , everyone of us is angry and frustrated and needs to hear from the other who are in the same situation .

everytime we have an issued visa we feel that what we do here in the club worth it as we offered as much as we know information to ppl who needed it . i really love this club despite it makes me frustrated sometimes , but away of the visa stuff , i have learned alot from this expierence , i have found alot of stuff in me , i found how patient i am , i found how much do i love my wife , i found how can i control my self when i am upset or sad .

this whole visa proccess taught me how to be more helpful and how to listen to ppl when they need someone to talk to .

i swear this proccess has changed something inside of me but not because it's stupid and slow and full of suffer , no no because it takes the soul to its limits , it makes you soooooooooooo happy until you want to fly , and it makes you feel soooooooooooooo down until you want to die . it makes you feel how much weak you are and it makes you feel how strong you are too .

and one the only great thing that it does to everyone of us is that it makes you know the one you love on a better way , you would know the real ppl in the bad times . it made me to be sure that the one that i love is the best woman on earth for me , she is standing by me and helping me by everything she can . i am sure that we will never have a fight or argue in any momment in our life as i know how much precious i am for her and how much precious is she to me .

believe me guys when i say that this proccess is number one factor to make your life together PERFECT . like a diamond is soooooooooooooo expensive not because it's rare but because to source it from the deep earth is taking alot of time and alot of efforts , and that's exactly what we do now , everyone of us found his/her diamond and doing the required proccess now to have it .

i don't imagine that anyone who sufferd all that to have this life with his/her loved one , would later feel any hard to solve any other problems that would emerge during the marriage life .

lol sorry for the long reply but i just wanted to show you some facts about this proccess

Well it was not that good as you expected .It could be so much better if i was with my queen So thanks to the USA embassy !

I'm trying to think about it that way bro .The guy told me 1-3 months and it has been almost a month so we have just 2 months to go .Who knows me before that i will hear good news and i will get the damn visa LOL .

I will keep posting what the embassy will say to me .

That process show the real faces of many people on that site .As you just said i helped so many people here on that site with their visas and once they got their visas they gone !! But not all of them that's for sure I'm still in touch with so many good friends and they are already in USA now .

Sometimes it makes me don't want to help anyone .but that's not me i will help everyone who wants and needs my help .Cause there are so many good people still in this world and there are so many good people deserve that help .

BTW did you send the CO-Sponsor yet to the embassy ?

I hope that everything will work out good for us and we will close that thread soon .
