Hello Everyone, some time they just send emails without checking your case, the last 3 replys email i got from the Consulate said they have the documents i send and my case was the final review with Co. Then today diffrent person replied and said please send divorce decree. so dont trust every email you got from them. it depends on the person who replies your email. today i send old emails and last email requsting the document, i will post as i got reply. I hope Hot Guy gets his visa before us coz he has been waiting for so long.

yes i totally agree , he deserves to get his visa first

i got a reply from them just now says that consular officer is reviewing the case and once this review is completed the visa will be issued .

any ideas from my friends in the club?

Its way faster I promise. I used go through all the options also until I read here on VJ to just press 1 and then 0. Any updates for anyone in the club?

I just got an Email from the embassy here is what they said to me :-

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your e-mail.

Kindly note that your case is pending administrative processing.

Who the hell can stand that sh*t ?!

If they want to deny me what the hell they are waiting for ? just say yes or no its that easy instead of playing that silly game .I really fed up with that damn sh*t .Damn itttt

I'm not filing in Egypt, hope you don't mind me joining the thread. We're going through exactly what you are - we are apparently out of AP since some time last week according to the Congressman, but have no news from the Embassy, nor will they respond to my emails. What happens after AP? I thought we just receive the visa in the mail a few days later?

come on man , don't lose hope please . i don't know what is the problem with them actually with your case but you have waited for 10 months so what worse could happen ?? the max waiting time in AP i have heared of is 11 months , so isAAAAAAAAAAA you are too close to have your visa in hand than you think . just keep on praying and calm down .

at least the good thing is that they started to reply mails again after this long time of nothing from them .

you , nancy , flower , cairo and 100% ahly fan are in my prayers .

i see a light at the end of the tunnel BUT i hope it's not an upcoming train LOOOOOOOL

We're going through exactly what you are - we are apparently out of AP since some time last week according to the Congressman, but have no news from the Embassy, nor will they respond to my emails. What happens after AP? I thought we just receive the visa in the mail a few days later?

it depends on the country actually , some countries like morroco ppl get the visa on the next day of the interview lol lucky them , and some other countries like Egypt we have to wait the AP which could last for 11 month or 12 then the final review which takes few weeks or maybe 5 more months then they issue the visa and after 2 weeks you get your visa , lol i am sure most of ppl who do there journey from egypt would see some white hair beside their ears

Today I got call from the consulate section. (my pasport at the consulate is newly issued ). she asked me why my pasport does not have a residency. I told her that the pasport is new, and i have resident card from the Egypt Immigration, she asked me to send to the consulate though the DHL. I will send on Friday.

Now the AP is uniform through out the world, It depends on many factors, such as you name, nationality, Gender, faith and so on. before it used to be few countries but now you will people from Canada, UK or some other westren countries being AP for over a month, now AP it become part of the Visa Process. most of embasies 99.99% dont issue visa at the same day either they mailed to you or you picked up when it is ready. There are people that got their Visa within 3-7 days in Egypt lucky them and there are people that are waiting for ever.

Believe it or not i really feel so guilty now .i feel so sad and sorry for my fiancee .cause I'm the one who got her involved in that long distance relationship .she is a young lady and she deserve a better life .she has been waiting 4 years for a man and she does not know if she will be with him or not .it really breaks my heart and it makes me cry and I'm a very hard tears man !

Believe it or not i really feel so guilty now .i feel so sad and sorry for my fiancee .cause I'm the one who got her involved in that long distance relationship .she is a young lady and she deserve a better life .she has been waiting 4 years for a man and she does not know if she will be with him or not .it really breaks my heart and it makes me cry and I'm a very hard tears man !

man think of how much people in 2005 and 2006 were suffering , it was taking more than a year in AP to get your visa , and you fiancee has to think of that too . what is a year comparing to the rest of the life together when you get the visa ?? you have waited for too long time and now you are about to end your journey successfully so just hold on and don't feel guilty because it's not your mistake . i always say that easy come easy go , so you both will care a loooooooooot about eachother when you are isA together because you didn't come together easily .

you understand what i mean ?? just be wise and isA God will help you man because you were patient and thankful for everything he gives you .

Cairo, sounds like good news... I think DHL is closed on Fridays and Saturdays, you need to call them and check though.

Disconnection, I may be out of the list...but I'm still with all of you in heart... I really feel all your frustration, inshaAllah all of you will hear great news soon! I'll still pop in now and then in the thread to cheer for all of you and celebrate with you an approval after another!
