Question on AOS and IV

Need some help with the following. I received notification to pay both the AOS and IV fees which I have paid (both have a paid status) Am I required to wait for an email\postal mail notification from the NVC to complete both the AOS(I-864) and IV(DS-230) or since the status is paid and a link was received for the instructions the notification required to complete and submit the document?

By reading the time lines from other folks postings it seems like the forms were submitted within a short time of the status indicating they fees were paid.

I paid the AOS fee in the end of October and the IV fee on Jan 14th.

Forgot to mention that I am petitioning for my mother in BiH, I am a US Citizen currently residing in the States.

You don't have to wait for any letter from NVC if you paid online. If you have both coversheets for payments, send all required documents straight away.

If the status changed to PAID then print the document cover sheet and mail the required documents.

One other question, for the form ds-230 parts I and II. Would my mom complete this form and submit or am I allowed to do this for her? I am her designated agent.

I am guessing that she would complete the form since she has to obtain all the necessary supporting documentation in Sarajevo BiH.
