i already did the biometrics during the application for AOS, do i have to undergo another in filing for the application for removal of conditional residency?

Yes, biometrics need to be done for the removal of conditions.

Yes, you need to file I-751 Removal of Conditions on your 2-year green card. This step is required by USCIS as a measure to prevent immigration fraud. Therefore, you need to send in your application within the final 90 days of your 2 year residency anniversary and provide as much evidence as you can to show that you have entered this marriage in good faith and you are still married and living together.

As for biometrics, yes - you will have to go for another biometrics.
