I have 2 questions

Can a Filipino on her way to bermuda connect flights in vancouver canada without a transit visa? (the flight would stop once in vancouver and then head directly to bermuda)

Also would somebody please answer how long the process would take for a filipino to get a transit visa, the embassy website says you can schedule an appointment within 4 days and it only takes about a week to receive..its common knowledge to all of us that the chances of a filipino getting a tourist visa is slim to none, so im wondering if that applies to a TRANSIT VISA?

This has been discussed before...you do need a visa for Vancouver. I think it would be easier and better to just have your counterpart meet you in the PI. Please look at the site that was posted in 2 of your threads from Delta.
