My joint sponsor for the AOS Form I-864 is married and files his tax returns jointly with his wife ,

Qoestion: do both names of husband and wife have to go on the form , or just the husban andwho signs both or just him

Only one needs to sign the form but only that person's income, not the joint income, is stated. When providing the tax return(s) they should include the W2 forms (with sponsor's on top of each return) so that it is clear the stated income matches the tax returns. Use a current pay stub or two as evidence of CURRENT income.
