question about packet #3 forms for interview

Hi everyone!

My fiance will have his internview on February 3, 2010. We are wondering whether or not to sign the DS 236k0 form?

How about any other forms do they need to be signed in advance of the interview?

we have:

ds 230

ds 156

ds 156k

ds 157

I-134

I-864

any help are advice with these forms would be greatly appreciated.. thank you!

My fiance dated and signed each of them, EXCEPT for the one that says - do not sign. He will sign that in front of the CO.

Hey, you don't need the I 864 until you file for AOS (after he is in the USA)... did they send that to you, or did you just download it and fill it out? I also filled out the I 134, but I have heard it is not even required, although it did not come in Bijad's packet 3.
