Democratic Party chairman Howard Dean on Wednesday called Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki an "anti-Semite" for failing to denounce Hezbollah for its attacks against Israel.

It would be quite unsurprising if the Chekist (referring to czar's precursor of KGB) inventor actually was anti-Semitic (he was known to be anti-Jewish; many Russians are racists, despising minorities such as Dagestanis, Chechens and Ossetians--so it's likely he would have despised Arabs too, but there just wasn't a sizeable Arab population inside the czar's empire).
