Hey guys,

I am working on the forms I-864 and I-134.

(we are filing for a CR-1 visa and K-3)

I found this on the instructions for Form I-864:

"If the intending immigrant will apply for an immigrant visa at a US embassy or Consulate overseas:

Complete form I-864 when it is mailed to you from the National Visa Center (NVC). Different instructions apply to some cases so follow the instructions provided by the NVC for your particular case. The instructions on when and where to submit Form I-864 are included in the information packet that is mailed to you with Form I-864. Form I-864 and all accompanying documentation must be submitted to the government within one year of when you sign Form I-864."

And then it says for I-134:

"Where you submit the form depends on whether the alien you are sponsoring is in or outside the the United States and what type of application is being submitted. See the instructions provided with the corresponding application for detailed information on where to submit this affidavit of support."

On the actual form there is no address/info provided. Is it like I-864? I need to wait to receive the actual packet that they send me?? I'm guessing yes, but just want to make sure.

THANKS!!

EMMA!

You take the I-134 to the k3 embassy interview.

You submit the I-864 to NVC.

Hint! FORGET forget the K3 [i-129F] . They are dinosaurs at this time!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
