CSC no longer replying to email inquiries??!!

Is this a new practice? When we submitted our first request 3 months ago, M. Bueno responded and said we would receive a response in 60 days. It's almost 90 days and now I get an email from USCIS saying we need to call the service center because they don't answer emails anymore?

somewhere i had fallen out of the uscis immigration news loop. Anyone know when they started this? seems unfair we weren't grandfathered in.

October 13, 2006 Immigration Interview - Need to return with Long Form Birth Certificate

October 18, 2006 Birth Cert Received

October 19, 2006 2nd Immigration Interview - APPROVED

5-20 business days for the Green Card to arrive, maybe I'll be back to see my family before Christmas?

i emailed them and got a rapid response from them saying that my petition would be finished processing in 45 days and it was approved 2 days ago. i dont know why they told you that.heres the address.

well in my case i emailed csc for my pending I-485. almost the same email address except for permanent residency applications...

this is just so frustrating because it seems as if they answer emails on a whim. I know I'm probably wrong and they hopefully have just cause but it just looks arbitrary! Oh well I sent them another email let's see if it takes them another 30 days to reply...

Wow...after looking at YOUR timeline I feel bad for being impatient about MY pending case......your AOS has been taking a long time already :(
