Is this possible? Or if your spouse from the Philippines wishes to retain their Philippines citizenship do they just keep renewing their 10 year greencard and never test for US citizenship?

We plan to possibly retire in the Phils someday and their laws prohibit non-citizens from owning land, so we want to keep Vicky's citizenship valid in case that's an option we decide to pursue someday.

If dual citizenship is allowed in the Philippines what are the requirements? How often and for how many days do you have to return to the Phils to keep your citizenship?

Is this one of the topics of the CFO seminar?

We had that lesson back in 2nd year college. I remember that dual citizenship in the Philippines is allowed but not dual allegiance.
