Thank you sister K! :) It could be the end of February or any time before that.. We'll probably buy the ticket the same day I'm flying.

ROC Timeline

8/1/12: ROC window opens
9/4/12: ROC packet sent
9/8/12: ROC packet delivered to VSC
9/12/12: Check cashed
9/14/12: NOA letter received (NOA dated 9/10/12)
9/20/12: Biometrics letter received (Bio appointment 10/15/12)
10/12/12: Early biometrics walk-in

4/27/13: RFE received

6/17/13: RFE response sent

7/1/13: ROC petition approved

7/5/13: GC received in the mail.

How are you Sara? I've been thinking about you and Starlight a lot hoping for the best and praying for good news for you both!

Thank you Menina. Now we are officially in AP. I got an email that our case was pending AP. So, that is what they are doing. I am hoping that is the last step. Hopefully, me and Sara hear some good news soon.

Yes Sara that is the right attitude. :thumbs: We will definitely succeed just like sister K did.

I thought they finished AP with us long time ago. I got happy with all the frequent phone calls to my fiance.

Thank you Aya :). The consulate emailed me and told me that they recieved everything and now we are in AP. One more obstacle we have to face now. I hope by the time you leave to go to the states I hear some good news.

i think immigration was brought into our lives to teach us patience. something i thought i had learned a long time ago. boy was i wrong. you and sara are in my prayers. the waiting is not easy. but i know you two will be successful. you both deserve it :yes:

Star, honey, it should be over soon.. I know the word AP after an interview is not fun...but just have hope and faith that all your wait is going to end very soon and once you hear that your fiance has the visa in hand all the wait will seem like a flash of light! (F)
