Hi folks,

I am so trying not to give on this process, but the waiting is truely eating me up. So, as we wait for an answer on the K-1 I have mentally prepared myself that I may have to file CR-1 in worst case scenario. I want to hear from people who filed K-1 and did not get approved and were sucessful with CR-1 or succeeded finally with a refile of K-1. I will not give up on this process, but to hear people that have gotten success at the end will instill some more hope in me. Also, its good to know that people went through same situation and finally reunited with their loved ones. This process really drains all the energy out of you doesnt' it? I would love to hear your happy endings :), if you care to share :). For all of us waiting it would be wonderful to hear some good success stories.

03/18/2010: Case Complete!

03/25/2010: Called NVC .. INTERVIEW May 27 @ 7:45!! Woot Woot

05/27/2010: Approved at the interview, but put on AP afterwards :(

06/27/2010: Really missing my Hubby :*(

07/29/2010: Visa Issued!! AP is OVER!!

07/31/2010: Visa in hand!!! Thank you GOD!

09/01/2010: POE JFK

2 Amazing Years Later!!!

:lol: i see your name pop up. i don't mind. it is the reason i posted to give others hope. i remember how devastated we were when the denial came. it is really hard to find others who post their story from beginning to end.

Everyone on here ,I am not in that stage yet where we have been denied or waited too long.But I just wanted to stop by and tell all of you,this will be worth everything.It must feel awful to be separated and knowing nothing much can be done.But I believe in a superior judgement and that it will only be in your good sooner.

08/11/2010: AP touched

08/18/2010:I-485 transferred to CSC

08/19/2010:I-485 touched, 08/24: I-485 physically in CSC now,08/25 :I-485 touched

08/27/2010:put in service request with USCIS for Biometrics letter

09/08/2010:AP approved and EAD touched

09/11/2010:AP and EAD touched

09/14/2010:Biometrics walk-in successful (10/01/2010:Original biometrics appt)

09/13/2010:AP last touched

09/14/2010:EAD card production ordered and AOS touched

09/15/2010:EAD and AOS touched

09/20/2010:Received AP in the mail

10/13/2010:GC card production ordered

10/14 and 10/15: AOS touched

awe star i know how u feel........remember Lauren? (catnip)? they got married yesterday so that is one story that had a happy ending.......im sure at some point she will come and post on this thread......there are a few that have had happy endings that is what keeps me going.....

you see, the way i think about it, everyone is a success story. even if i have to move to india to be with my husband, it will still be a success. after all, our only goal is to be together, i would just prefer here in america :D

Wow! Yeah, I remember her journey, and that is so great to hear her wonderful news. I am so happy for them :) Thanks again Sara as you always cheer me up. I am sure we both will finally get some good news soon. The waiting is the worst part isn't it?
