We do read a lot of forums i wonder what it is.... [size="3"]Check Cashed[/size] Is it after NOC1 Anyone can explain me this?

The check being cashed happens when the USCIS opens your application packet and accepts your application. A Notice Of Action (NOA1) is sent to you after your packet has been receipted [accepted]. When you find out your check has been cashed you know your application packet was received and entered into the USCIS computer system. Most applicants do not want to wait until the NOA1 arrives in the mail to find out when their application was accepted.

There is a certain amount of anticipation to know when your visa journey begins.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
