i am still not working.i file to remove condition on greencard in june.my wife and me have a joint account but she is who does all the transcations in the bank.i do not have excess to the back account.also our checks dont have both our names,would that be problem.you herd it right she is the one who excesses bacnk accounts not me becasue i am not working yet.please help.we only have some pictures lease ulitiles creditcards in our names nothing else.

Well that's something you can explain in the cover letter - she is the one working so she is paying everything and that's why you don't have an account.

Lease, utilities, cc, all good - if she has medical insurance through her employer I assume you are covered as well? Get the copies of insurance cards. Same with other insurance you may have - renter's insurance, car insurance...

Copy your state id/driver's license as well as your wife's - that is proof you reside on the same address.

You can get a letter from your landlord confirming you have been living at the same address as another proof.

You can also get couple of affidavits from people who know both of you who can say they know you.
