Acho que ela quer dizer a ficha do médico pro AOS. Com as nossas vacinações nela. A gente usa a do médico daqui mas no nosso caso vão ter os reforços das vacinas pra serem tomadas.

A minha medica me deu um papel grande em ingles com as vacinas que eu tomei aqui. Esse papel vai ser usado no meu AOS para que nao tenha que tomar as mesmas vacinas novamente. Se vc ainda nao tiver eh so pedir para seu medico. Quanto a hepatite B vou deixar para tomar la, acho que o plano de saude do meu namorado cobre!

A gente tem, só que ainda faltam algumas vacinas no papel, porque a gente não completou todas as doses, então vem escrito que está tudo certo, mas que falta completar, é isso que pode complicar pra gente, porque na hora do AOS essa folha não vai estar mais condizendo com os requerimentos.

huh ? Carteira de vacinação em inglês ? Que estória é essa ?

Quando eu fui no posto de saúde tomar minha vacina da febre amarela, a moça perguntou por que eu estava tomando e eu disse que estava indo para os Estados Unidos, aí ela me encaminhou para um endereço (após ter tomado a vacina) onde eles fariam uma carteira internacional dizendo que eu tomei a yellow fever shot.

Minha médica não me pediu isso, a moça do postinho disse que tinha que fazer, eu fiz. Mas não se preocupe, se me disserem para rolar no meio de um parque vestida que nem palhaço eu faço, pois eu estou tão encucada com o que deve ser feito preciso fazer a mais do que deixar de fazer alguma coisa. Como a minha médica não me pediu isso, acredito que não seja necessário. Não se estresse, é piração minha.

Mais uma pergunta, estou indo agora para uma lan house imprimir todas as evidências, etc mais aqueles forms que eu assinei e não devia ter assinado. Os forms que o Consulado me mandou são em papel Carta (letter) e esses lugares só imprimem em A4, será que tem algum problema imprimir em A4 e ficar diferente do resto dos forms? :help:

Nao tem problema nao Nessa. Imprimi tudo em A4 e digitei os forms para imprimir. O consulado me mandou o pacote 4 por e-mail ja que nao recebi o meu ate hoje. Todos os forms que mandei ate hoje foram em papel A4.

Eu imprimo tudo em tamanho carta porque é o tamanho padrão de papel nos EUA.

What everybody failed to mention was the order of papers they'll ask you once you're inside the Consulate. What is it? :help:
