Speaking of vaccination card here comes my next questions:

My doctor asked me to take:

- 2 VTV (3x1 - Mumps, Measles, Rubella) - I took one in aug 15, the other one I was supposed to take in sept 15, but they said in Brazil it's only one time shot and they didn't give me the shot. I talked to the doctor and she said ''well if they ever ask you to take that In the United States you do, for now leave it that way''... ok!

- 3 hepatitis B shots: 1 I took in aug15, 1 in sep15 (I took yesterday) and 1 in feb/15 2007 that I'll take in the States.

- 1 Influenza - I took in aug 16

- 1 Yellow Fever - I took in aug 15

- 2 Varicella - I took one in aug 16, I'm supposed to take another in oct 16

My question is this: that vaccination sheet that she gave me the copy and that I will use for the AOS doesn't include the second shot of hepatitis B and won't include the second shot of Varicella (that I'll have to pay another R$ 80,00 for it). They're only on my brazilian vaccination card that is in portuguese. So what should I do? Will they accept and ackowledge that I took the remaining shots even tho they're not in english? Because I'd really prefer paying R$ 80,00 to take the second varicella shot here than pay US$ 75.00 to take it in the States.

Another thing, while in Curitiba, when I took my yellow fever shot, they told me to go to this place and made myself a ''International Certificate of Vaccination or Revaccination against Yellow Fever'', do you think there is something like that in english proving my second hepatitis B and my second varicella shot?

What about I pay to take the shots (the hepatitis B I already took for free, but the varicella is only paid) and then they don't recognize in the States and I have to spend money on it again and take the shot again in the United States?

Any ideas, suggestions? :help:

I'll have that same problem, since I still have one tetanus and one hepatitis B shot to take.

I think we'll have to get them and go to the civil surgeon after all.
