Any one got NVC case complete in Dec,09 and got Feb,10 interview

I had my wife's NVC case complete on December, 2009. So, I was hoping to get a Jan, 2010 or February, 2010 interview for her. But until today the case has still not been forwarded to the consulate in Dhaka. As far as I know, the NVC schedules the interviews in the first two weeks of each month for the last two weeks of next month. Has anyone got their interviews Scheduled for February yet? I mean, today is 15th of Jan; so the NVC must have done scheduling the February interview by now. I guess mine just could not make it.
