Hello everyone. I really need help. I am planning on applying for a k1 visa but am worried about being denied. This is my reason.

I have 2 criminal convictions one for theft under and one for possesion of stolen property. Everyone here has told me I will be denied a visa, but the usa government website sais if you have multiple convivtions with a sentance less than 5 years you are eligible. Can anyone help?

It may be worth your fiancee consulting with an immigration attorney where your entire situation can be evaluated.

Get a GOOd immigration lawyer and go for it.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
