AOS - few questions

Hi, I'm filling AOS papers and I have a couple of questions.

1- Is the I-94 number the 11 digit # that appears at the left top of the paper? Or the number is the first 9 digits? I’m confused as the 2 last digits are typed in a different font

2- For advance parole – I-131. The requirements for the photos states that: “The photos should show a three-quarter frontal view of the right side of your face, with your right ear visible and your head bare “. I thought all photos should be front view, and I have taken mine that way, is this ok?

1- All 11 digits.

2- Front view. I-131 has not been re-issued since the photo specification was changed.
