Signatures??

So im nearlly done with the I-130, planning on sending the stuff onto hubby tomorrow so he can put the missing docs in and sign.

Do we both sign all paperwork? even the copies of photos of the both of us?

Who and where does the I-130 and G-325A get signed?

Do we sign the attachment papers when we didnt have enough space?

Any tipps and what to remember and look out for before i send it to hubby to send it on??

it doesnt ask for the date either so im guessing we just sign wihtout the date?

You do not have to, but I signed all my extra attachements, with the date.

Initials are good also.

Makes it more "official" looking.

Be sure to spend as much time reviewing and making sure all is complete. YOu don't want the docs to make its way back to you in a month..Be absolutely sure you have completed each and every items..
