I attended the CFO seminar few days before my interview because I live in Davao City so I grabbed the chance to attend the seminar while I was in Manila that time. I got my CFO sticker the day before my flight here in the US. It only took me like an hour to get it. My flight was early in the morning so I had to be in Manila a day ahead and it also give me some time to get that sticker and I made it sure it's not holiday or weekend. :)

Btw, you will need to bring a copy of your immigrant data summary sheet. The one that is attached to the brown enveloped...make 2 photocopies of that, your CFO seminar certificate with receipt and your passport with visa. :)

Hello Jan23!

May I know the requirements for CFO? Thanks!

hi metro420

if u dont have your your visa

1.nbi clearnace original one

2.nso copy of birthcerrt

3.nso copy of marriage contract

4.250 pesos for the registration(mKE sure u keep the reciept for they will be asking it when u have the visa for cfo sticker)

note: u cant recieve any certificate without completing this requirements.u are reguired to go back when u recieve the visa and have the sticker.

the seminar is 4 to 5 hours..huuhu...in my case i only present photocopies.they dont give me the certification and the other certificate for me to present that one when i have the visa.huhuh..though they know jan14 in the evening is my flight going back home davao.i have my seminar last jan13,,huhuh..she told me to go back the day of my flight to the us.huhu,..i dont like going home not done t this things.i just pray soo hard.and when i wake up jan.14 i recieve my visa.yes! soo happy.my hotel soo near to the embassy(hotel bocobo)maybe its a plus factor to receive it early.so i rush to quezon city.go to goodshepperd and i just show them my visa.

after i recieve my visa..i show them my:

1.reciept of registration

2.show them my passport and visa

they let me photopy the white sheet 3 copies(found at the back of your yellow envelop)

and they will give u a sheet to be fill up.and after that one u can just go next door(nso office)

just show them the paper u fill up.

3.pay 400 for the sticker.and u are done after they put the sticker in your passport

4.be thankful to god for this.

i was advise to get the seminar in goodshepered convent.

thought sooo far from the hotel i stayed but i take some effort to go there.

good luck and god bless u

i prefer in qc bcause i read alot of post refering the qc..and it takes u soo long.unlike the goodshepered they are direct to the point.and i recieve alot of good feedbacks too...

i think theres no difference,,,ive seen few spousal visa they are non immigrant visa.and different more countries there to work too and to immigrate.the thing difference they are direct to the point.no boredom.thats what i think.
