Thanks in advance for all your response. I filed an I-130 for my spouse in october and received the NOA1 on october 19 2009 and then proceed to file an I-129F and also received a NOA1 on october 30th 2009.

I'ven't received any NOA2 since then and haven't seen any touches. I tried calling USCIS to know what's going on with my applications and it has always connected me to a computer and not a human.

My question is, is there a special number to call inorder to talk to a human and not computer or is there something i have to press when i call 1-800-375-5283 ? I heard that only an attorney can call and talk to a human. I've seen some approvals from filers in october 2009.

Your responses will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Calling the USCIS does not help...

the filing I-129F is believed by some to slow down the petition processing....

110 days is the average being reported for I-130's... it appears you just about there...

YMMV
