For the I-129F petition, both you and your fiance have to fill out a G-325A. For the AOS packet, it's only the immigrant who needs to do so because her info has changed (i.e. U.S. address). :)

Easy answer SHE is adjusting HER status so SHE will fill in the paperwork herself. The I-485 instructions http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-485instr.pdf clearly say it's for the person adjusting.

Exactly!

Basically the only thing the US Citizen needs to fill out is the I-864, Affidavit of Support ;)

The only other thing my husband signed is our cover letter (and the explanation we attached to my Advance Parole application - since we are planning to visit my home country for my brother's wedding)

Your fiance cannot adjust status. Your spouse can adjust status.

For AOS only the immigrant spouse submits the G-325A

If your filing the I-130 petition con-currently, then you will have to fill out 2 G-325A. One for the sponsored Immigrant, another for the US Citizen. Then send a G-325A for the I-485 application for the alien spouse.

I wouldn't want a Request For Evidence spoil your process! ;)

Oh ... Haha .. Your here with the K1 visa .. Nevermind on what I said. Could help someone else though.

K1 visa doesn't require the I-130 petition just to clarify any confusion.
