so my fiance is just a come accros the border this week ... we just got approve but she would stay with my sister in law for 1 week or 2 then fly over.... would it be any problem ... or this affect her when she decides to fly? just looking at all the points dont want her to have any problems

July27, 2009: send paper work

July 30, 2009: received I-129F

Agosto 02, 2009: NOA1 received (waiting time according to there page 5 months almost 3 months)

October 26, 2009: my fiance visa I129f was approve (waiting on for the latter on the mail to see whats next.)

November 2, 2009 NOA 2 Received

November 6, 2009 NVC fwd the appropriate visa-issuing post

December 18, 2009 Recive the papers so she could go to the interview (filling out paper work )

January 11, 2010 Medical Exam

January 12, 2010 Visa Approve WELCOME TO AMERICA

January 14, 2010 Visa arrives at the DHL office

So he is in the US now?

Once in the US, he should have no issues travelling around.

(just make sure he shows up within 90 days from entry to get married to you)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

hello everyone. i have a question, hoping someone could help me. thanks lot.

im an lpr, what if i will let my bf come over here in u.s since he is already a tourist visa holder then we will get married. what will his status become? can he stay in u.s legally? thanks again.
