My name in all my AOS documents are written this way:

First Name (I have 2)

Middle Name (which is my maiden name) and

Family Name (my husband's family name)

My AOS is approved already and we have no problems writing my name as mentioned above. Hope this helps.

thanx but have you had any problems with motor vehicle etc

It's better to follow the Philippine naming convention because you'll have to amend your passport if you want it to reflect your married name, especially if you want all your other documentation to match (passport, green card, driver's license, etc.)

I've had some problems with people writing my name the American way - just one first name then my 'second' first name as my middle name. Every time we need to submit paperwork and someone else has to input information for me, I always check to see if they did it right. Like at the bank, my husband and I explained that I have 2 first names and it wasn't a problem. ^__^

just an update on this...

When I went to my biometrics appointment, I was told that it will be up to the USCIS official handling our case whether they will allow me to follow the Philippine naming convention for my green card.

I'm hoping we won't have any problems like SunShineFL who was able to change her name following the Philippine naming convention during AOS. :)

I tried to do this, put my maiden name as my middle name. The SSN took it.. the DMV took it... Bank, credit card, everywhere took it...

Except, when I went to the interview, the official wanted to use my middle name from my birth certificate instead. I tried to negociate, explaining my SSN was like that and such, but she didn't bulge. So I decided to just put first name/Last name on my conditional green card, and try to figure out what to do before I get the 10 yr one... :-T
