Filed I-130 in mid-Nov--no word

I think i am the only one with a NOA2...but ours was expedited because of my military deployment. they should be coming soon though. Have you checked the USCIS site to see if you have been getting touches?

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

Waiting is the toughest part. We waited 178 days for our NOA-2 and that was awful. You're 2 months in and sadly, no one can really do anything until you fall outside the 'normal processing times' which is right now about 5 months

Chin up, the process stinks but there is an end to it all. And the end is sweet!

SIX MONTHS just for the NOA2.....uuuuuuuggggggggg. This is so depressing. I don't get why some people's take literally 1 month, and how now the back log is so intense. Crazy. :bonk:

When you look at the USCIS website and under the last update there is a date...when that changes....you have a "touch"

Our I-130 was received on Nov.13th, 2009. Anyone else out there around the same time? Any other Nov. filers from Canada get any word on NOA2 yet?? I am going nuts.

Our I-130 was received that day also. Still no word, other than it was received. It appears they are still working on October's filer's, then they will get to us.

Married: 01/02/09

I-130 filed: 11/06/09

NOA1: 11/13/09

NOA2: 02/11/10

NVC received: 02/18/10

Case complete @ NVC: 04/14/10

Interview @ Montreal: 07/13/10 - Approved

POE: Sweetgrass, MT, 08/07/10
