hi again.. until now i haven't filed my AOS application. i have Lots of questions regarding the forms i have to file..please help me about it.

QUESTION01:

i am filing for AOS together with my daughter who is 2yo. i want to know if i have to file a separate affidavit of support for both of us?

QUESTION02:

on Part 3 of I-864 form(Information on the immigrant(s) you are sponsoring?), what would be my answer? coz i have two sponsors (my husband, and my mother in law) for my affidavit of support.

QUESTION03:

on Part 5 (21) of I-864 form, your Household size? do i have to put 1 on C(if you are currently married, enter 1 for your spouse), when it says in the form that DO Not COUNT ANYONE TWICE?!!

QUESTION04:

Do i have to file I-130 petition for my daughter when i already have an approved I-130 petition? and where do i send her application together with her I-485 AOS application.

thanks in advance to all of you out there!

#1) Your US Citizen Spouse/Sponsor provides a seperate I-864 for each person adjusting status, so yes TWO I-864s

#2) The answer is TWO for US Citizen Spouse. For a Joint sponsor the Joint can specify One or Two, in the case that you may be using TWO join sponsors one for each immigrant each joint sponsor can specify just one immigrant being sponsored.

#3) You are being SPONSORED you are NOT counted as a WIFE on the I-864. The "Wife" box is there for cases where the sponsor may be sponsoring someone like a Mother or Father, in that case they would count their spouse as a spouse.

#4) An I-130 is filed for child in cases of K-3 K-4 adjusting status where an I-130 was not filed for the child to get an immigrant visa. If Adjusting status from a K-1/K-2 Fiancee visa then NO I-130 is needed.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
